Payment Policy

1. How we take payment

All payments on ManCaveRealmUSA.com are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Man Cave Realm LLC never sees, handles or stores your full card number. Card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection.

2. Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your bank holds your account in another currency, your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us.

3. When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterwards. If you do not receive one, check your spam folder and then contact us before placing the order again.

4. What you pay

• Product price as shown on the product page
• Shipping: free on all orders within the United States
• Sales tax: added at checkout where required by law, calculated on your delivery address

There are no handling fees, booking fees or surcharges. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

5. Declined or failed payments

If your payment is declined, your order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Declines are decided by your card issuer, not by us, and we are not told the reason. Check the card details and billing address you entered, then contact your bank if it fails again.

You may see a pending authorisation on your account after a declined attempt. This is not a charge, and your bank will release it, usually within a few business days.

6. Order verification

Because of the value of the items we sell, some orders are reviewed before they are released to the manufacturer for shipping. If your order is selected, we may email or call you to confirm the delivery address or the cardholder details.

We will never ask you for your full card number, your PIN, or your online banking password. Do not send those to us, or to anyone claiming to be us. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund it in full.

7. Pricing errors

We take care to price everything correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you more than the total you agreed at checkout without your consent.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing and eligibility are covered in full by our Return and Refund Policy, which is the single source of truth for those terms.

9. Before you raise a chargeback

If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback, which typically takes your bank several weeks. Call 1-682-888-5116 or email support@mancaverealmusa.com and we will work it out with you.
