1. What is covered

Every product sold by Man Cave Realm USA is covered by the manufacturer's warranty that comes with it. We are an online retailer, not the manufacturer, so the warranty on your table, cooler or humidor is provided by the brand that built it: BBO Poker Tables, KingsBottle, Prestige Import Group, Barrington Billiards or American Legend.

The specific term and conditions vary by brand and by product. The warranty that applies to your item is documented in the paperwork that ships with it, and we are happy to confirm it before you buy.

2. What a manufacturer warranty generally covers

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. They typically do not cover:

• Normal wear, including cloth wear, scuffs and fading
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or moving the product after installation
• Damage from improper assembly, or assembly by someone other than a qualified installer where professional installation is required
• Commercial use of a product sold for residential use
• Damage in transit, which is handled under our Return and Refund Policy rather than under warranty

3. Damage on arrival is not a warranty claim

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, that is covered by our Return and Refund Policy, not by the manufacturer's warranty. Report it to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please do not contact the manufacturer first in this situation, as it slows the process down.

4. How to make a warranty claim

Contact us first. We will identify the right warranty, confirm what it covers, and deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. Email support@mancaverealmusa.com or call 1-682-888-5116, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The product name and, where you have it, the serial or model number
• Photographs or a short video of the fault
• A description of when the problem started and what you were doing when it appeared

Keep your order confirmation. Manufacturers require proof of purchase from an authorised retailer before honouring a claim.

5. Before you buy

If the warranty term matters to your decision, ask us before you order and we will confirm in writing what the manufacturer covers on that specific product and for how long.

6. Your legal rights

A manufacturer warranty is in addition to your rights under U.S. consumer protection law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
